I always think that people selling a project bike are crazy. It’s hard to sell a bike that the buyer can’t ride home. So half-done bikes are not ever worth what the seller thinks. Here’s a 1979 Honda CX500 project bike for sale in Fairfax, Virginia. The seller is asking $1,500. In terms of parts,… Read more »
Check out Z50s for sale in Annandale, Virginia. The seller is asking $800 for the pair. If my kids were a little bigger, I’d be driving to Virginia to check these out. One is CT70 and the red one has a 90cc aftermarket engine.
Today I was trying, and failing, to wire up a new kill switch on my ’78 Honda CB400. I spent close to an hour on it, before I realized that I just might be the dumbest person on the planet right now. Installing this kill switch is part of a larger project. I’m installing a… Read more »

Here’s a 1978 Honda CB400 for sale in North Seattle, Washington. The seller is asking $2,250 for this bike. I have this exact bike in better shape than this one and I paid $650 for it.
Here’s a pretty nice looking 1975 Honda CB360 for sale in Rockville, Maryland. The seller is asking $2,300, which isn’t too far off. I’m not someone who keep this bike all original, so I’d be into this bike for less than $2,000.
If you’re into little 1970s Honda’s, you might find this 1975 Honda CB125 up for auction on eBay. It’s a buy it now for $750. That looks worth it to me if you can pick it up locally in Camp Verde, Arizona.
